What you'll install
Come to all eight or pick the ones you need. Each session stands on its own, and every one ends with something you can run at practice that week.
45 minutes, built for coaches
No lecture, no theory hour. You leave with the install and the language.
A free Team Snapshot
The first three programs that qualify get a free Team Snapshot. Every player takes the Diamond Standard mental performance assessment, you get a team report, and we walk through it together on a call.
To qualify:
- At least 15 players complete the assessment
- The head coach joins the debrief call
- You share a short testimonial and let me name the program
Check yes on the form to be considered.

Zach Lutz headlines the pressure night
Zach went from Division III Alvernia to the New York Mets, then played in Japan, South Korea and the Dominican Republic across more than a decade as a pro. He now runs LutzGO, building development systems for players, families and organizations, and he has coached every level from 8U to 18U.
What he brings to December 8:
- What pressure actually did to him, at every level he played
- The thing a coach said that changed how he competed
- Why structure beats talent once the game speeds up
- Your questions, live
Then the install, same as every session: one consequence drill and the two minute debrief after it.
More guests coming
Zach is the first name confirmed. Other sessions add guests from the pro and college game as they lock in, and everyone registered hears first.
Register once and you are on the list for all eight nights, guests included.
Start with the Practice Plan Audit
Ten questions about how your program actually practices the mental game. You get a score in five areas, the one area to fix first, and a drill you can run at your next practice.
- Reps on the plan, standards you can see, the reset after a mistake, intent inside the drill, pressure in practice
- Your results show on the screen, and the page prints as a one page plan
- Run it on your whole staff and compare where you disagree
Why it is worth three minutes
Most staffs plan the physical offseason in detail and leave the mental side to whoever says something good in February. The audit gives you a starting point that comes from your own program instead of from a guess.
Your lowest area points at the session that fixes it, so you know which Tuesdays matter most to you.
Three quick answers
Do I have to come to all eight?
No. Pick the sessions you want on the form. You can add more later by replying to any email in the series.
What if I coach during one?
Everyone who registers gets the replay and the install card by email, whether you make it live or not.
Who is it for?
High school and college staffs, baseball and softball. Head coaches, assistants, pitching and hitting coaches, strength coaches, athletic trainers, and directors.
Save your seat
Takes about a minute. Sessions run 8:30 to 9:15 PM ET, and every session's Zoom link arrives in your confirmation email.
- One link, all season. Save it once and use it every session.
- Replays and install cards after every session.
- A reminder the morning of, so it does not get buried.
- No cost, and no pitch during the sessions.
